This site does not yet have accounts, and the sign-in form does not collect or send any information. If you email us, we collect the address you write from and the content of your message so we can reply.
Patient information
Please do not send patient health information or any protected health information. If we receive it, we will delete it unless the law requires us to keep it.
Sharing and sale
We do not sell personal information or share it for behavioral advertising. We use service providers, such as hosting and email, that work for us under contract.
Cookies
This site uses no tracking or advertising cookies.
Changes
A full privacy policy will be posted when practitioner accounts open, with a new effective date.
