Ordering is not yet available. The full Shipping & Returns Policy will be provided and accepted at checkout when practitioner accounts open.
Shipping
Orders will be fulfilled and shipped by qualified supply partners, only to the verified practice address on an approved account. We will not ship to residential addresses, P.O. boxes, or freight forwarders.
Inspection and claims
Practitioners will be asked to inspect every shipment on arrival and report damage, shortage, wrong items, or a temperature problem promptly, within the window stated in the full policy.
Returns
All sales will be final except for documented shipping damage, wrong or missing items, or a confirmed nonconformity with supplier documentation. Opened, used, or improperly stored products will not be returnable.
